Rotron Aerospace selected to join the MoD’s Defence Supplier Capability Development Programme
Rotron Aerospace is proud to announce that we have been selected to join the Ministry of Defence’s Defence Supplier Capability Development Programme (DSCDP), delivered by Grant Thornton. Following a rigorous selection process involving more than 100 applicants, Rotron has been chosen as part of the newest DSCDP cohort — a strong validation of our technology, innovation, and long-term commitment to supporting the UK defence sector.
Strengthening our capabilities for the UK defence supply chain
The DSCDP provides up to £200,000 of fully funded, bespoke business improvement support to help UK-based SMEs enhance their productivity, competitiveness, and readiness to supply into critical defence programmes.
Participating companies undergo a detailed diagnostic assessment, followed by expert-led support across areas including:
- Strategy and growth planning
- Operational improvement
- Productivity and processes
- Finance and commercial capability
- People development
- Sales and business development
This initiative directly supports the MOD’s ambition to build a more resilient, capable, and competitive national defence industrial base.
We are really looking forward to working closely with the Rotron Aerospace team to deliver up to £200,000 of tailored business improvement support and help them to strengthen their strategic position and contribution to the UK’s defence supply chain
